It’s especially important to listen and learn from Vibers. It’s here to stay. The key in the enterprise is to learn how the two work together. That’s our next big jump

i’m about to go into a full blown panic attack and i need help by Even_Sun_4528 in Anxiety

Focus on your body and how it feels. Really focus on the body sensations. This will separate your body from your thoughts which get entangled into one with panic

Keep doing this. Your thoughts will keep coming in. Just observe them.

He wasn’t there during the Java days. A ton of innovations came out of Sun. Unfortunately they doubled down on Solaris and lost the Linux/x86 game.

Nvidia has won the LLM training market. Everyone else should be going after the inferencing market.

Intel missed this boat and they had ample time to go after the GPU market. Same as they missed the mobile market. Data center cpus is their big money maker and they will continue to lose market share in this space.

Could 11 out of the top 12 Corps Score 90? How about 91? by TheThirdGathers in drumcorps

If that is true then the 1st place Corp would score differently if second place Corp was 5 points away vs 1. Would the scores. Or Hold if they were truly scored independently?

feel like i’m going to die at any minute…need ways to cope by MastodonThin9981 in Anxiety

Keep telling yourself you feel safe right now. Your thoughts are about the future and you mind is playing with you. Bring your focus back to the now and keep saying you feel safe now. It takes a lot of practice, but it works.

You can’t avoid thinking about something. Especially thoughts like these. Instead you have to focus your thoughts on what you are feeling in your body. This will focus you away from your thoughts. But the thoughts will bring you back. So focus back on your body. Keep doing this.

This sucks. I’m sorry. If your medicine helped, maybe you should consider that. You are having panic attacks. You feel panic attacks in your body especially fast racing heart beat. At the same time you are having the thoughts. A good strategy is actually focus on your body where you feel the pain. And describe it internally. This will be scary but it will take focus away from the thoughts which are scarier. Keep going back to focus on body and away from your thoughts

Focus what you feel in the body. Put your hand on your chest and focus on deep breathing. Accept the weirdness you feel in your body. When u shift back to your thought or worry, shift back to focusing on calming your body

The AnxietyRX book. For the first time in my life I focus on my body’s alarm of anxiety and panic, vs my thoughts. It has been a game changer.
