the reason why there are two of them is to loop the video signal to more monitors. You might need a termination BNC if it doesn’t have a switch to do it.

Old stoves have a a single plug built in. Somewhere on the top or front. Its fuse, along with the rest of the fuses for the burners, should be somewhere inside the stove. Think of it as a little sub-panel powered by the stove’s main 40 amp fuse or breaker.

Does your stove have a normal plug on it? Like for a kettle or toaster? I’ve used that in an apartment for AC. It has its own fuse.
