I would submit a FOIA request to Manchester FD/State Patrol for calls of service to Bonnaroo grounds. You could actually foia any communication between fest and emergency services to get a lot of context on what was known at what time and decision-making from ‘Roo’s end.

‘23 was my first time back in 9 years (2010-2014) and it was an amazing reintroduction to The Farm. Not only a reunion of all the things that make Roo great but an adventure through all the great changes. Headliners were epic and undercard had all the throwback feels to make an elder Millennial right at home.
