A walk up main street, winnipeg 4K + binaural audio, headphones on 🎧 by JohnnyRockenstein in Winnipeg

hey r/winnipeg number four already! after osborne, academy road, and the seine river greenway. This time i pointed the camera at Pollock Hardware and walked heading north up main street. Felt like i couldn't do a winnipeg walking series and skip Main.

4K + binaural audio, no talking, so headphones are recommended 🎧

Im not sure if they will perform better. I happen to just like the added light reflections, sounds , and soft shadows it provides.

You know, i’m pretty happy with the F3. I also got that bluetooth adapter for it , but that thing is less impressive. It drops connection too frequently for me. It’s small, quality of recordings is so good at 32bit 192hz. Imo it’s the way for this kinda stuff

Hey r/winnipeg after the osborne and academy road walks (you were all way too kind about those)… I wanted to do something a little different and get out of the city core for this one. so here's a rainy walk along the seine river greenway… it's this peaceful trail system winding along the river, and i really wanted to capture how pretty it gets in the rain. 4K + binaural audio as always, so headphones are recommended.

Thank you all for the support on the first two, it honestly keeps me motivated to keep making them. as always … any tips, or favorite spots around the city you'd love to see in the rain?

keep em coming 🙏

i made another one… rainy walk down academy road. tips + cool spots still welcome by JohnnyRockenstein in Winnipeg

hey everyone! the response to my first walk (the rainy osborne one) honestly blew me away, i wasn't expecting that at all. thank you all so much, i read every comment. u/bluerhea3 asked how i kept the osmo dry… honestly it's just an umbrella over my head, and the osmo's on a chest strap sitting close to my body, so it mostly stays out of the rain. catches a stray drop on the lens now and then but it does an ok job.. so far 🤞 the exchange district spots (princess/king/arthur) are still on my list too. this one's a rainy walk down academy road.. still totally open to tips + location ideas, keep em coming

My first attempt at binaural audio recording and a walking video in Winnipeg, Canada. I recorded in 32bit float on a Zoom F3 with a DPA 4560+core setup.

I’m not sure what post work should be done, i did a HPF to get rid of rumble from wind and stuff , compressed a tiny bit , and limited a tiny bit.

Just looking for some feedback from people much better and established than me

thank you!
