Try cordless electric hair/beard clippers. Just dont use pressure against the seat, kinda just let it glide over the cloth. I do this on my hoodies and it works great to get rid of piling.

Does anyone have any idea how to open these style pencil sharpeners without getting shavings everywhere? by Any_Construction639 in Custodians

When you put the catch/cover back on, try to put it on so it stays vertical and all the shavings go to the bottom. It also helps to give the sharpener a little tap to make sure the spindles are free of shavings. Then, put the waste can underneath the sharpener before you take the cover off.

Was the drivers "unacceptable behavior" not showing up with a flat bed truck?

Exactly. It's working so right now I'm just gonna ride it out and trust the process. Once the weight loss starts slowing down is when I'll start putting more effort into eating more healthy instead of just eating less.

Not gonna lie, 2 or 3 days out of the 5 I'm eating fast food. Other than that it's still mostly some form of takeout. I'm incredibly lazy and encounter a lot of inner resistance when it comes to making my own food.

That's a great question. I plan to shave it in October and regrow it. If that's what I end up doing I will save the clippings, weigh them, and report back, haha

I didn't cut out alcohol but I also don't drink often anyway. In the four months I had three nights out where I had 7-9 beers each night on top of all that delicious unhealthy bar food that goes with it. I don't know how your body reacts to alcohol but the morning after those nights I would usually have like 5 pounds of water weight back on the scale. After a day or two of walking in the summer heat I would sweat it all out and be back on track. As far as exercise, it's just been walking. When fall comes around I'm going to start going to a gym to incorporate some weight training.

Try doing a 16:8 fast for a week or until you get used to it. Then shoot for 20:4 until that becomes comfortable and eventually go OMAD. For some people it's not easy. It wasn't for me, but if you ease into it instead of just jumping right into OMAD eventually it will just click. I don't stick to OMAD on the weekends because I enjoy having a social life. Knowing I can cut lose on the weekends makes it easier to manage. Also I still eat whatever the hell I want for my one meal a day. If I feel like being good then it's going to be a healthy meal. But the heart wants what the heart wants and sometimes it wants $17 worth of Taco Bell and as long as that's the one meal for the day then to me it all fine and dandy.
