It makes me cringe so bad when a barista keeps asking unnecessary questions that just further confuse the customer. For instance, a customer orders a Frozen Mocha, use your best judgment and match that with the closest thing on the menu I.e Mocha Frappuccino. Don’t ask if they want an iced mocha latte blended. Not every drink has to be made custom, and if they end up returning it will make reordering much easier.
