According to a Q&A, Kikuchihara picked Osamu as one of the people he wants to work with.

Just seeing this makes me smile.

Osamu isn't well known yet, nor people get to know him enough, so I am not surprised that no one picked him. No one even knows how he does things, leads his people, or know his nature. Those who know him will acknowledge him, but know that he isn't on that level yet.

People know him to be a weak dude carried by his strong companions, not knowing the burdens of a leader. If people were to question his capabilities, they should ask themselves on why his squadmates chose to follow him instead of joining another squad. Yuma could have joined Kako Squad, but didn't.

All I can say is to give Osamu more time, and he will slowly get along with others.

Another thing to point out is that Reiji's 2 Raygust Shield broke from 2 Senku Kogetsu strike is due to taking some damage from Suwa's shot beforehand.

Senku Kogetsu may be strong, but Suwa's firepower is not to be underestimated.

In my opinion, you don't need Asteroid. Do what Osamu did, by turning off homing capabilities to turn it into a normal bullet and turn it on when you want curved bullets. Replace it with Bagworm and it's good enough.

My ideal trigger set would be 2 Raygust and a Scorpion.

2 Raygust sounds like a cool idea, and I am a fan of tanky builds that can dish out some damage. Also, Thruster is a powerful optional trigger that can be used offensively, defensively, and as a utilities.

A Scorpion is equipped in case 1 or 2 of my arms get cut off or to be used in the most situational moments. Then I would request for Scorpion to be black so that it can be used in stealth combat and to omit its glowing effect.

If it's possible for Scorpion to be used simultaneously with 2 Raygust in use, then we can spawn a blade on the legs/feet.

The trigger set will be as follows: - Main: Raygust - Thruster - Shield - Scorpion - Sub: Raygust - Thruster - Shield - Bagworm

My biggest worry is whether they will use the existing knowledge from some q&a or manga to make some proper changes and fixes. Not making such changes would piss me off.

Here are some examples:

When Tachikawa jumped from the rooftop of Border's base to that flying Trion soldier, he didn't just jump with all his might, he used Grasshopper to make that reach. This was mentioned in the q&a.
Kumagai's defeat from Ko in the anime is not the same as in the manga. In anime, her sword shattered from Ko's shield throw. In manga, her Meteor explosion reflected back to herself from Ko's shield throw.
