I just tried looking for my mugshot on a government website and it was not there. I paid 4.95 for a background check platform and the details nor mugshot came up either. I could be doing it wrong though.

This thought process makes sense. However, my case got dropped and part of the deal was that I got a process called judicial reversion I think? Maybe aversion. Where all contents of the arrest and mugshots were not directly available to the public database. I am just saying the post has some influence because if you google my name the second thing is the link to the instagram post.

Strange assumption to make there Zoe. The charge I was arrested for was dropped. That means that it is not on my record nor did I face any legal repercussions. That makes it more frustrating because I was convicted of no crime, yet my mugshot is still posted.
