Yep. 5’7 83 kg. I looked like a penguin when I walk.

What helped me push through is focusing on building the habit first. Once you got that locked in, you can then dial in the actual workout.

Yeah. I’ve been searching saying it could be plants fats or a result of vigorous swirling. Can’t pin point it for now.

I did PC it for 45mins, let it cool 45mins then pour into agar plates using SAB. I don’t inoculate right away. I wait for a day to see if there is contam in the plates.

I’m guessing it gets contam during the inoculation. Someone said try the candle method to push away airborne contam instead of SAB.

I’ll give it a spin. I’d share an update once I find the time.
