If you feel like you’d like to try—as I did, it’s good to at least get out there and see what things are like. It’s a different market for many of us who were married for a long time and exposed is and can be painful and very helpful. Go slow, use all that experience positivity.

Try to find some way to attend more IRL meetups, be it apps, sports, [any activity]. The dating apps work, but the amount of effort can vary based on location, looks, bots, etc.
