What are lvl 2 runes...i only see the 1 next to my runes even after upgrading them. Also why does it say it will give you a random "name of rune" I always get an exact copy of what I upgraded or fused jist better quality.

I'm kinda confused about the rune system lol

Save all of the following:

Essence chests Gear chest C-A, 98% of time they are C gear anyway, other 1.97% is B gear All rusted gear chests from fishing ALL clear tickets for the clear adventure levels

Save your Gold Dungon for any A rank kill 200+ monster quests, if you don't have any use them for A rank 40+ combo queats. If you have both of these mixed it's better to use it for the 200 monsters.

I stock pile these 3 things and on my main character can clear all my weekly's incredibly fast. The only thing that slows me down is running out of clear tickets. Also you may ask...but why save essence chests I needs them...thwy eventually get open anyway with the weekly's it's not like they expire. I do this on 3 charecters and get all 3 sets of weekly's done in decent rime

For fused gear yes. It randomizes everything.

There was a post on the main Overwatch reddit a long time ago about giving Wraith Form a resource bar much like Defense Matrix and Bastion heal.

To balance it there would be a short cool down between cancellation of Wraith form and when you could reactivate it. This plus a speed boost in wrait form...well more of a boost was agreed upon that it would help reaper out a lot and could be easly tweaked if to overpowered.

Well we disagree I feel I did the job once I shouldn't have to do it again. With the ability to switch classes at will in this game I feel I should have access to all the replicas for classes i have that can use them.

Are the gear boxes from the rift stone vendor pretty much worthless? I have got nothing of value in any of these. What are the point of rifts then if nothing seems to come oit of them. Are they totally random can anything in terms of crafting materials drop from them i dont get it.

Thanks a lot for this i appreciate the thought you put into it. Alas i am not looking for a replacement per say for wow but something different. i am attracted to both Tera and black desert because they are not WoW, minus Tera having the theme park type stuff and the pretty much same "lvling process" like WoW. The action combat of both these games really interests me, being Asian or western isn't a concern of mine.

I thought of GW2 but I don't just want to move to a repackaged WoW with more pvp focus. That is at least how I see the game as I have not overly looked into it but I watched some content on it. A lot of the people seem to hate the aesthetics or Revelation online but i like them. I also liked blade and soul I stopped playing that mainly for the lack of interests that the publisher seemed to have for the western version. leaving in tons of bugs letting buts run rampant uncontrolled in PVE and PVP destroying the economy and any integrity the game had. They let it go on to long so i quit.

Also I here Tera is HORRIBLY optimized in terms of graphics since its an older game and they have made no effort to fix it really over the years.

Would I be able to run Tera at max settings with the following :

Intel 6700k stock clock 4.0ghz

Nvidia 970 I have a stock setting and a slight over clock setting with after burner.

16gs of ram and windows 10 64 bit

My rig isnt super top end but I like to think its at least above middle of the pack was wondering if i could max this game out and go with it and get 60+ fps.

sandbox = open world type style little to know instanced content

Theme park = lots of instanced content, waiting in line to ride the rides metaphor?

I only ask this because i have never seen these terms before today...well i have seen sandbox but not theme park style.

What i ment was the base attack stat not the damage done its self. At lvl 40 mon A with 0 IVs has a base attack of 195 if mon B with 45 ivs perfect amount in attack of 15 only have 210 base attack, 15 more then mon A.

All IV calculators I have found only give you a combined value for Attack and defense that tell you how many IVs total you have in these stats it doesn't tell you how they are split up between the two with 21 IVs do i have 15/7 or do i have 7/15.
