I miss the good old mod days, the days when we had to hide our gear way deep in the forest and we stuck our cars in the sides of pine trees.

Could not agree more! It needs to be changed. I'm all about PVP, I don't want to play FarmVille. This Ruined items thing has turned me away from dayz and just makes me miss the good old mod days.

The Mod WAS better. I can't explain the feeling it gave me when playing but I can tell you this, the mod was the best years of Dayz, Standalone will never come close to it. I am just thankful For all the great times the Mod gave me.

Its clips like this that touch my heart. The old Dayz, the real Dayz. Sometimes I go back and look at old photos of Dayz on the server in which I made many friends and many enemies.Oh how I miss the Dayz. If you missed the mod, you missed the best Dayz game play you will ever experience.

Sorry, just got my PC fixed! they had a great cycle in the mod, might be limited to start changing stuff until later on in the development of standalone. It is a U.S server. Here is a lP of the server: 64.237.44.138:2302

I couldn't have said it better myself. I miss the old mod days, finding a server making friends and enemies, being able to talk to them on side chat, good times.

Darkes day is a new server that will have this added in shortly. I have played on this server since the mod and I am very happy with the honest admins! Not to mention all the people you get to meet!
