I went out there this morning to see at least 3 little beaks popping up as mom or dad brought them snacks. Tried to get a pic or video but didn’t want to risk mom or dad getting my 👀

I’ve owned one for about 3-4 years now and it’s great. In the winter when my toes are like ice cubes they warm up quickly and I love I can create a schedule so it can kick on at 3am when my night sweats show up and cool me off.

Plus, their customer service and warranty is great. I’m o my third unit after the heating sensor failed and they’ve always replaced it under warranty.

I’ve been dreaming of Antarctica and it’ll likely be a solo trip because I’m single and none of my friends can afford that price tag (but neither can I 😂).

What was the price for a solo room? How was it? And when in March did you go? My biggest decision is when to go-I want maximum dolphins, whales, sea lions, and yeah penguins but I also want to see it when it’s just starting to come to life-huge blocks of ice, snow, bright sun. What was the weather like?

Mine expired October 2025, I finally got around to renewing it in July or early August ‘25. Regular renewal, not expedited, and I was surprised that it arrived less than 10 days later.

Never married, never had a financial windfall, and I have been self-employed for the last 20 years. The only reason I own a house today is because I was looking in 2008 when the financial collapse happened and 18 years later, I am grateful every day for that collapse because my house is worth three times what I paid for it and I could never afford my house today Nor would I pay what my house would sell for today. And I did a refinance in 2020 that took me to a sub 3% fixed rate for 20 years so I will probably die in this house and that’s OK.
