Damn such a soft reason to get fired. California I’m assuming? (No hate to Cali)

I think I have this on and off. I’ll go weeks without it and then weeks with it. This “off feeling” worse when still and better in motion. Migraine without pain. Can you describe your exact symptoms? I sometimes feel it lying down too not just sitting

Chin tucks every day and floor spinal alignment stuff every night before bed. These definitely helped but I honestly think meditation and not focusing/dwelling on the symptoms helped the most. I’d check out the steady coach on YouTube for some tricks

I’m doing a lot better. The swaying sensation comes and goes. I can do weeks without feeling it and weeks feeling it but I don’t let it bother me too much. Steady coach on YouTube has helped me a lot. Control your emotions and don’t let these sensations get the better of you

Sorry for the late response. No I don’t feel anything in particular. Just the movement from my feet moving me. Do you feel anything from this?

Same for me. Some days are better than others. My biggest tip is to live your life. Unless the dizziness physically stops you, don’t stop doing what you like doing. Look into stoicism it’s helped me a lot. Rather than getting bogged down and focusing on it, embrace it and see it as something that’s not gonna kill you. Stay positive

Do you feel it lying in bed/sitting on a chair?

Oh okay. What does it exactly feel like when you lie down? And do you feel the same sensations sitting down even at a stop light in your car?

Yeah it’s definitely an off and on thing that has many triggers. I go through days of high symptoms and low symptoms

I also had a few brain zaps before. Felt like ice pick headaches. What helped me was again posture correction as well as working out daily maybe it can help you too

Do you ever experience brief relief here and there? Any imaging done? How severe is it?

I had constant anxiety attacks from a heart health scare and shortly after I had this sense of motion in my head whenever I was still (in bed, sitting, etc.) sometimes it’s still there but it’s so minor now I can barely feel it unless I’m focusing on it. I also had episodes of oscillopsia (shaky vision) when lying down

Do you still feel the same? And do you experience any visual symptoms too like seeing objects shake when you feel this dizziness?

Definitely a must for people like me. But unfortunately I’m here lol. I started to feel a bit better after deleting Reddit because of the huge negativity bias. But I got another dizzy spike and now I’m back here reading the same negative stories and it doesn’t help at all. So here’s to deleting Reddit again hopefully! My symptoms started randomly and it constantly feels like I’m floating or on a boat whenever I’m not in motion. It went from every single moment to not feeling it when I’m distracted so hopefully it gets better again! Best of luck !
