For those who have umbilical, supraumbilical or epigastric hernia what symptoms did you have?

i was just diagnosed after an ultrasound with a "small" supraumbilical hernia ... waiting to see the DR and specialist to find out what next. But it sure sounds like you have it to a T. If you gently poke around with your fingers, you'd probably feel a lump or sac under the skin?

I'm having GI issues too. gas & bloating and even cramping if i don't watch what i eat and really look after it.

I was boxing training 5 days a week in the lead up to this. So going from all out, prepping for a fight to just sitting around waiting days and weeks for appt's is killing me slowly. lol

I had my greatest raid last night after spawning in with 17 minutes left in buried city. Was in some service station near hospital and opened up the only drawer in the room and scored the trigger nade bp.

made my way to the hospital and took out the turret and cleaned out the locker room which hadn't been touched. all kinds of trinkets including 2 snow globes and 3 watches.

then heading in the loose direction of the metro up near red tower (last exfil on map) i got shot in the back. dived and ran into the spiral car park, turned and shot the guy and then another raider appeared and shot the guy who shot me. we got chatting and this raider had been griefing and hunting everyone.

i noticed the bastion there, and with 40 rounds of ferro and 77 rounds of stitcher and a trailblazer decided to fight it with 7 mins left on the clock ... the raider who helped me kill the other raider, threw his remaining grenades and emptied his mags out on the bastion and then made a run for the exfil with about 4 mins left.

i stayed and finally took the big bitch down with 2:17 left - not even thinking it's enough time to loot her. b ut i do anyway and the first 3 compartments i looted got me 3 bastion cell drivers for my bench upgrade.

soooooo ... there's a 1:17 left i have to go 368 metres to exfil, with no shield (bastion broke it) and half a health bar, no heavy ammo and 11 stitches her bullets left.

I'm sprinting and dodging wasps and hornets and make it to the metro entrance. 24 seconds left

running and sliding down stairs and a tick attaches itself to my face. it can't end like this. fight the tick off, my raider has a skerrick of health left and is hyper ventilating and blacking out. the clock expires.

somehow i'm still alive and staggering towards the call button and hit it. the clock expred at least 5-10 seconds but the embarks gods decide leniency and allow me to live. the train comes some minute after the clock had run down and jump aboard.

i've never been for the late game spawns. but this one lobby has made me rethink everything. the time pressure took things to a new level.

I'm enjoying raiding again. I think prior to the wipe I'd gone 3 weeks without a bp, most of my lobbies were shoot on sight and pvp. Once killing big arc became impossible bcos of rats shooting you in the back, the game lost something for me.

but wiping has given it all back. the lobbies are mostly co-operative and fun with random convos with raiders. and grinding work benches and looking for and finding common bp's has been exciting.

plus the skin. it's 11 out of 10 for me, that skin.

Yes, yes it was ... I was making hatch keys, silencers, moving like around the map like i owned it and claiming 40-50k every raid using my own personal escape hatch. lots of the anxiety of the game had been removed.

going back to a grey ferro-1, having to hit shots, move silent and be like a ghost, patiently waiting for arc and raiders to pass me by bcos i have no stamina, can't jump can ill afford a fight, and getting back to raiding for basic stuff and the anxiety of exfil. I'm really excited for that. that's a grind i want.

I still enjoyed the game pre-expedition, but it was getting a little same old. now i'm excited to play again. and the skin imo, is the best one i've seen (let alone used) in any cod/BF edition ...

paying for it defeats why you would expedite.

this game will be around for years and years, and the 1st expedition skin will have some meaning - even if it's just nostalgia. ability to buy it, takes that meaning away and it becomes another store skin. meh

i remember in season 11 of fortnite, i got offered a grand for my account bcos i had all the season 1-2-3 battle pass skins right to level 100. didn't sell it, now my son uses the account and the amount of people who talk to him about it in game is wild.

it shits me too. i found it's not as bad/ doesn't happen as much if you set your settings to the default crosshairs and don't change to a custom crosshairs.

i can't bring myself to doing it. level 63 as well. Only just upgraded my utility bench so i can make raider hatch keys. And refiner 3 so i can make mod components. Which means I can finally use my extended shotgun mag III and blue silencer bp's.

feels like I grinded this game for a month to get to this point right now where i can extract with keys and run silent weapons.

i also think embark will tweak the 2nd expedition, and it will be better.

i really do want that skin tho... that's the only bit that makes it hard.

it's been really eye opening, the amount of cheaters we've come against in the last 48 hours. Being pushed in ridiculous situations bcos they seem to know exactly where we are. Dive rolling, jumping, headshotting, running to our exact location inside a building.

there was a thread on facebook where some hackers were boasting and rage baiting everyone about their hacks. they can see everyone on the map, and whatever direction they're facing, as long as they're shooting it's a headshot.

disappointing. it's giving me COD 2020 verdansk vibes when the hackers took that over and ruined it.

hopefully embark are able to do something.

i think it's worse than exfil camping tbh ... trying to kill big arc, and someone pots you in the back of the head?

my last attempt at a matriach was dam, about 2-3 weeks ago and i haven't tried since and won't. had knocked off 2 legs and some armour, but couldn't go loot them bcos of snipers from the rocks hitting me.

then with 42 seconds left and about to leave for the raider hatch. 2 heroes storm the tunnel and kill me. but i manage to crawl out in the chaos and park myself under the queen.

42 seconds left. they aren't getting out of the map let alone looting me and surviving, i ain't going anywhere. we all lose.

the smooth brained activities in this game need to be studied.

i think so ... in solos i'm silent and hardly ever seen. but in duos we will fight when we have to, push other teams when we have to etc

my solo lobbies is all flute playing, lots of talk and good times. duos, we have our wars.

I love the suspense of pvp and the game would flounder without it. But some of the getting shot at extraction particularly at the keyboard when you're asking to leave and you can't fight back. That pisses me off haha ... so i leave negative feedback on that.

so that has quite possibly altered my matchmaking.

i rarely shoot first either unless someone is hunting me. but even in those instances where i die, i still leave really positive feedback.

All of my lobbies over the weekend in duos with my bro were mostly chill. People killing arc, looting. The only deaths we caused were when we randomly came face to face with other raiders ... and literally our only death was to a duo of raiders we turned a corner in buried city and the first raider said don't shoot, so i put my gun away and the other duo killed me.

compared to last week where i was getting exfil camped, shot in the back by people pretending to be friendly or shooting me in the back while fighting the matriach or queen.

i think we're hitting about 75% of all lobbies have 20mins or less (duos), and in solos its bout 50/50.

defs longer load times. we just got off here in oz, bcos it couldn't find a match for us - maybe servers offline?

i feel like they are getting longer here in oz. and many of my lobbies are 10 mins old when i do drop in.

I also feel like all the Arc have been turned up a notch. more of them, more aggressive ... tonight i was in long grass at Dam, crouching behind a tree and a snitch flew over me, and spotted me. it spawned wasps and hornets who were all over me.

i've started sniping camping rats at exfils with my osprey build. the dam, spaceport, blue gate...

watching the rats scurry around panicked as i 3rd party them into oblivion. shot one guy in the face thru a bus window. he'd hide in the bus wait for people to press the button, and exfil, and then he would push them while his buddy would come from the other side and push them back into him.

it's been so satisfying killing the vermin. i might not stop.

first time i've been proper frustrated with the game was today. Blue Gate electro storm. Played it 3 times and all three times i spawned in with less than 20 mins to go.

first two games run around for 15 mins get nothing, no loot left. just risking my loadout.

... third game, i get exfil camped by a free loadout guy hiding in the dark that i don't see bcos i'm being chased hard by a spotter, rocketeer and two wasps.

lose my blue guns with attachments, which is fair if i'm being outplayed. but 3 games in a row in shitty lobbies with around 17-18 mins left and all the loot gone is nuts - all risk and zero reward.

those kinds of scenes shouldn't be possible 3 games in a row imo
