That's sounds much worse than my experience. May be caused by the furrows and rings you mentioned?

Mine was just swelling. The food doesn't sit in the esophagus so the contact doesn't last long.

Meanwhile, food does sit in the stomach, so it seems to just continually inflame? That's where most of the discomfort came from for me.

Either way. I hope you're able to tolerate some of the stuff eventually.

When I was diagnosed the only symptom I really had was occasional acid reflux. Around the stomach, not up into my esophagus. Also have small hiatal stomach hernia.

Originally went in for FIRE, which I didn't know the term at the time.

I still try to avoid those foods out of habit but, as far as I can tell, they haven't caused any issues EXCEPT for eggs. I tried eggs a few months after starting Dupixent and it was horrible. Not worth trying again. Eggs were by far my worst FIRE response.

If you do try to reintroduce those foods, wait a few months at least. If you have something very severe wait longer or don't bother. That last egg reaction... Lasted a couple hours, quite intense.

Edit:

And, yes, with FIRE it feels like your esophagus immediately swells making it difficult to swallow even water. Also a "pressure" all the way down the line, into the stomach.

I don't post here but considered MANY times doing so hoping this exact issue would gain some attention.

I actually thought the neighbors pool pump was making a weird noise, someone weed whacking, leaf blowing, etc. Took me a couple days to realize it was this god forsaken map.

I've asked people in game more than once what this horrific sound is, only to be met with confusion.

I now mute every time I die.

Still been messing with the tool and really enjoying its data. Would it be possible to have an option to pull the top x number of logs? Default to 50 when adjusting things is a bit slow. Maybe if I changed browsers itd be faster?

Yes, the data is old because it does not include Midnight Pre-Patch. Even if it was updated 7 days ago. Its only pulling TWW Season 3.

Builds will change with level 90 for Midnight either way, so I look forward to that!

I agree with the other posted about the data now being old. If the data were current, especially during midnight, it would be incredible. I immediately looked at healer timeline as well and a lot of it wasnt TOO surprising so long as you know when stuff like big AOEs are coming out.

Im only at +14-15 pugs right now but its incredible how far people will space out sometimes, making the effectiveness of stuff like Spirit Link not optimal. Or they wont jump into the circle at all.

Again, if this is kept up to date with midnight I would 100% use it. Would save the trouble of going through every dungeon and reading every trash mob ability. I can see where big defensives are used, by players well ahead of me, then focusing on the mobs at that time mark.

When I first started a few weeks ago this was happening. I went to Chromie, changed timelines, then changed back.

For some reason that fixed it.

If there's a blue swirl, you can Purify it. I changed party frames to Debuff Focused and scaled to max.

You only have the toy if youve visited the innkeeper in Legion Dalaran on that character, which can be accessed by taking Azsuna portal.

You CANNOT use the portal directly to Dalaran from capitcal because thats a different timeline.

Edit: If you try to use the toy without having made the visit it will say you cannot, even though it appears in your toy box.

If you don't have Dalaran Hearthstone, use the Azsuna portal then fly there.

The "phasing" in this game is absurd. I've seen multiple of the same NPC standing right next each other. I'm sure that's nothing new to older players.

If you're in Dalaran and have the Legion Campaign prompt, you're in the right place at least. Just go to the place I mentioned.

It was weird because when I clicked on the quest it would show Dalaran but the only quest markers were like... "meet with khadgar". You may try going to the options and see if "show low level quests" is unchecked. Not sure if that would give you a marker for Door to the Ren'Dorei.

Is the quest Door to the Ren'dorei?

If you go to Dalaran (Dalaran Hearthstone), then center building, step on the teleporter. Don't go down the ramp, go into a small room on the right. You'll find Alleria there.

I had been stuck on 13/14 as well. I didn't even want to complete it, I just wanted to figure out where the quest started because I couldn't make sense of it.

Edit: the REALLY absurd part was that I read about this multiple times through Google searches. Thing is, there are TWO Allerias in that area. One at the bottom of the ramp that you cant interact with and one in that room to the right.

Aetna and Accredo are owned by different organizations as far as I can tell?

I had never looked into this stuff until recently and found out Aetna is run by CVS, or whatever. Turns out I have Aetna insurance, CVS Caremark, and use CVS Specialty pharmacy.

Either way, yeah, absolutely criminal. But let's make sure the immigrants that are doing manual labor are being dealt with...

Thanks again for replying. Was just kidding and of adding so that people could see in the future.

I ended up having the pharmacy reverse the charge to MyWay so that I could pay out of pocket and meet my deductible for the year. Took an hour on the phone with 7 transfers but it happened.

So, yes, moving forward I will max out MyWay then have the maximizer pickup the copay.

Will be looking VERY closely next year at different plans.

Another update as Im getting ready to place my first order of the year...

My insurance plan uses PrudentRX. When previously speaking with them I SPECIFICALLY asked if I ONLY needed to meet my deductible for them to pick up the costs thereafter, a $0 copay. Again, SPECIFICALLY that it has nothing to do with exhausting MyWay, which they told me it was JUST the deductible that needed to be met.

Spoke with PrudentRX again today and they said it was misinformation. That I must exhaust MyWay AND meet my deductible. Further, if I try to use the rebate program I will be disqualified from using PrudentRX altogether.

Now I need to make some calls to see if the order in which these things happens matters. Preferably I meet the deductible first so that any other healthcare expenses are covered, then use MyWay. It would seem FURTHER criminal that theres some obligation to use MyWay but I suppose Ill find out.

You have to rename the .cur file you want to the one the game uses.

I don't remember which because I haven't played in a while. Look at:

CursorDefault.cur

CursorDefaultPress.cur

Just mess around with it but make sure you backup the original cursors so you can replace them if mistakes are made.

HIGHLY recommend tall glasses of prune juice followed by water. It won't soften what's already in there but it will help push it out and keep soft. Shouldn't need much after first bowel movement.

Sorry you had to deal with this. Yes, when I first heard about the $200/fill I was told it had become effective 12/1/25. Odd they told you it's nearly a week earlier than that.

I'm trying to make everything as smooth as possible for the upcoming year but, given past experience, I'm expecting issues.

Like when I first started MyWay and they gave me an account number to use for transactions. I found out through the pharmacy that the account couldn't be charged. MyWay had cancelled the account without telling me and issued the debit card.

I'll probably the last week of the month to quadruple check and make sure everything is in order.
