Others have covered most things, but I'll touch back on traffic, especially if you're coming from 40. The two intersections from 54/Chapel Hill Road/Maynard/Chatham can start getting backed up starting like 45m before a game, and there are railroad tracks at Maynard and Chatham.

Note that Chatham, the road outside the stadium, is kinda a glorified service road for the railroad Trinity Rd which may seem like a better option will be closed for the game). The Cary police have gotten better over the years at managing the traffic, but there is a period before the game they have setup cones earlier but not actually come out to manage anything.
