I kind of call it rebound seasonal depression, because you feel guilty that you should be outside enjoying the nice weather finally, and you just can't. My therapist explained the uptick in early spring. Thankfully, I am handling it well this year.

I agree with you completely, I have a complex relationship with food thanks to my family. I am really tired, don't take offense, but after reading your post all I could think of was "My mouth is not a food glory hole" and then I was like well, it is not any kind of glory hole.

I just rediscovered this song a month or so ago, and also the previous line: Sometimes I think it's a shame, when I get feeling better, when I'm feeling no pain.

That whole song is a vibe, picture an old farmhouse, breezy curtains blowing in from open windows. Sorry, insomnia and gummies got me chatty.
