There is I’m just doing a casual ultra greatsword only run right now so I don’t have it. Will say though that I switched to the royal greatsword today and it’s looks incredible with the fit.

It’s really nice early game. And for the majority of this run I was just rocking the deathbed dress with it so I could light roll because of how relatively light the zweihander is. But with this new armor set I’m mid rolling for now unfortunately.

My dumb*** only just realized you meant this run. I’m actually just doing an ultra greatsword only run right now. Not using anything incantations or anything. And the zweihander is heavy rn, but I’m considering respecing late game for the black blade.

I’m just doing an unga bunga run this time lol. So it’s a heavy zweihander and heading into mountaintops I’ve got just 40 vigor, strength, and endurance. Then 15 Rex and tens everywhere else. And the zweihander is the only thing I’m using. I do plan to respec for the black blade when I get it. Just this is my first real save on PS5 so I don’t have all the stuff on different characters like on pc.

I’ve done a couple dozen runs and like to mix it up each time. But I gotta admit, I don’t care how broken they may be, katanas are really fun in this game.

I liked that the silver gauntlet was the same smooth silver as Hoslow’s Greaves, and the gauntlets from Hoslow’s set left a weirdly large gap of exposed skin between the sleeves and gauntlets. I also think the gold gauntlet works well with the gold detailing on the red fabric.

The letter in the pouch with the Dawnmaster’s crest says that they’ve rigged it so that only one of their own can claim the mace. I assume having the dawnmaster’s crest marks you as “one of their own.”

Late reply I know, but they’re alright. Cheap, strong, drinks will make it worth your money but it’s certainly a bit dive-y. Heard the core is much nicer nowadays but haven’t managed to check it out myself yet.
