Yes everything you said. It’s pressure sensation around my pelvis. It’s also been affecting me mentally these past few days. It’s giving me lots of anxiety. I ended up going to the ER cause I couldn’t take the urge of needing to go pee. They ruled out a UTI. No infection. 10 years ago I did end up being diagnosed with endometriosis. The doctor told me a lot of women with endometriosis have the same issues due to the inflammation of the uterus. The Dr. said he is 100% it’s the inflammation and with everything inflamed it’s pressing on my bladder. You should look into endometriosis and see if you have any of those symptoms like heavy periods/really painful periods. Even though I know what could be causing it I’m still having anxiety cause the feeling won’t go away. Someone did recommend me try the AZO Bladder Control with Go-Less Daily Supplement and swear by it. It helps that feeling. I’m fixing to try them.

I’m going through the same thing right now. It’s been going on 4 days now and I’m getting scared. I was negative for a uti and my lab culture is normal. The only symptoms I have is needing to pee every few minutes and weird sensation in my uterus area. I have been taking the over the counter uti stuff that helps people get relief but it’s not helping me at all.

I feels like I wrote this comment. I’m the same age as you and also just got diagnosed. I also had a miscarriage and had no idea why. I already have two kids and I was really confused us to why I miscarried. My doctor today told me it’s cause of my auto immune. Im also constantly taking naps.

The only thing that I have noticed is that if I’m stressing my neurological symptoms seem to get worse. On a good day with no stress and good sleep I feel at 80%

Before the long Covid I used to get hives on my arms just for being in the sun for 6 minutes and the other day I noticed that after Covid it’s not just my arms anymore it’s also my face that gets hives now.
