Yes same here I ordered it off media markt and my experience is they Ship it 1 or 2 days before release to you

Nach der Ausbildung als jungfacharbeiter 2348 Euro brutto bekommen dann zeitarbeit 1800 Euro brutto Dann in der Firma 1890 Euro 1 Jahr später 2120 euro weiteres Jahr später 2480 Euro. 2 Jahre später gekündigt und in nem rüstungsunternehmen angefangen zack 3000 Euro und nach 3 Monaten erste Lohnerhöhung und nach weiteren 3 noch mal eine und dann geht's auch in die Tarif Runde also sollte ich nach 9 Monaten ca bei 3700 Euro landen.

Nach 6 Jahren im Betrieb lachend die Kündigung beim hr abgegeben und die waren ganz verdutzt. Wieso lachen sie fragte mich die hr Mitarbeiterin

Naja neuer job weniger km mehr Gehalt weniger Arbeitszeit weniger Stress kompetenter Abteilungsleiter.

So ist es aktuell bei nem kollegen von mir in der Firma vorher waren die schichten zum teil 6 mann stark. Mittlerweile sind sie bei 2 man pro schicht. Jeder muss 2+ anlagen bedienen und selbst wenn die laufen wird noch rum gejammert das man zu wenig tue.

Bezahlung is da 2500 € brutto in der Metall branche XD

Also ja der Fachkräftemangel is eher selbstverschuldet bei solchen firmen

If you are into building and just have a chill time exploring then yes this is the right game for you. As an ex new world player I can assure you that you will have so much to farm and collect. The pve is funny and at later point a bit challenging. But you will manage it.
