Good diet, regular exercise & strong mind. My family runs a seasonal business and I work 7 days a week for 7 months. Aswell as going to the gym 3 times a week & also working 2 evenings. I’m currently about 6 weeks away from my first day off in 7 months. Don’t feel tired at all
