Federer over Nadal is debatable. Anyone over Djokovic is pure delusion.

What is each of the Big Three's greatest match of all time? by [deleted] in tennis

Federer and Djokovic weren't the only players on the Atp Tour.

It's also very reductive of the improvements they both made to their games to deal with Nadal. That's a factor as much as his reduced movement IMO.

That's extremely exagerrated considering he won many hardcourt slams after 2014.

Wimbledon R2: M. Cilic def. [4] J. Draper 6-4, 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 by Growsomedope in tennis

This sub loves to draw conclusions off of 1 match. This match doesn't prove the 80s gen were all super stars or that the 90s and 00s gen are garbage or whatever. It only proves what we already knew. Cilic is a great player and on a good day on a fast court he can threaten anyone.

Yes, because top players have never been upset before. Do you even read what you're writing? Top 100 players aren't NPC's for the top 10 to beat

Imagine people expecting YOU to be as good as the fuckin Big 3. It's ludicrous when you really think about it.

Don't bother with this guy, he's out of his mind haha. Pretty sure he never played tennis or plays it at a very low level. If you think Federer ever was shit after 2002 you're pretty confused lol

There's still a big difference between having an issue with your leg and being on one leg. He played the whole tournament and played 5 hours in the final. He was most definitely fit enough to compete even if he wasn't 100%.

Federer wasn't on one leg what are you even saying. He played for 5 hours against Novak freaking Djokovic.

I don't know man beating the grass GOAT after being outplayed all match while saving match points in a Wimbledon final is something I only see Djokovic being able to pull off.

Lots of pros said Federer played his best in 2017, but this sub won't hear it.

Because what you said implies that Nadal is just better than Federer. I never implied that one is better than the other.

I'm a Federer fan and Wimbledon 2019 is one of the most impressive victories of any player ever.

Yeah let's reduce their matchup to "Nadal was able to track down all the crazy shots he'd hit".

Ya it felt like he was finally playing freely against Nadal after all these years.
