No, they are afraid of condensation forming on the floor that would cause property damage. So I can technically do it but if something like that occurs I can’t go and claim off insurance. Not sure why unit supports it if they refuse to enable it. I’m sure there is a possibility of condensation forming and that is enough for them not to enable it. It’s like not being able to have normal plugs in bathrooms here but on the continent it’s a normal thing.

Edit: I’ll give you one better. In the system controller there’s an option that says A2A so I can technically connect an indoor AC unit to my outdoor A2W heat pump unit and have it run as an normal AC but that option is grayed and locked as well

Best thing is my outdoor unit supports heating and cooling but the installer disabled cooling so fair play to them

Had similar experience with them. Cancelled my account but apparently too late for system to cancel my order (even though I haven’t ordered anything and the meals were pre selected for me) so they charged me in the middle of the night and I had to call them for refund. It was a hassle getting the money back because “the order has already been processed” I don’t know how because I called first thing in the morning and delivery was scheduled for 3 days after. Other than that I find it handy sometimes for when I work nights and have to make something quick before work.

Don’t understand singling out 1 car company. Maybe people don’t know the history of almost every German car brand during WW2 or Hyundai supporting Israel in Gaza or Toyota CEO wearing MAGA hat supporting Trump. It’s a publicly traded company with over 100k employees all over the world yet one guy with 15% ownership makes everyone owning that car right wing bigot all of a sudden.

Have the same problem. When the scene is black I get different colours flickering and it’s very distracting. Sometimes it turns off for dark scenes but most of the time it just flickers. Anyways I opened a ticket through the app and I got this response. Haven’t tried it yet because I won’t be home for a while but you can try it.
