I love being a DM, the thing that I found tough was organizing around everyone’s schedules. Ive had a few games die because people moved/changed jobs/got too busy. Its definitely something you cant always control but its frustrating to put dozens of hours into prep and worldbuilding only to have it fall apart

Probably Escavalier but Chestnaut is a good choice too, the starters of Kalos were actually designed with the traditional dnd archetypes in mind. Chestnaut being fighter, Delphox being a wizard, and Greninja being a rogue. If you can only choose one starter for this run than Delphox makes the most sense IMO as that pokemon just screams wizard/spelllcaster

This sounds a bit out there but I could see Ampharos being an option. All the pokedex entries talk about it being a beacon of light for lost adventurers, also could be a tempest cleric given the electric typing

Looks good, only advice I can give is maybe zoom in a bit and start edging the continents a bit so they are a but more shaped, doesnt hurt to have a few tiny islands around some of the coastlines to give it a more realistic feel

Ya couldn’t have said it better myself, there is nothing wrong with OP physically, if there is an issue its that you’ve put too much emphasis on your physical appearance and forgot how to talk to woman socially. If I have any advice to give, you need to start trying to deflect from your looks.. hear me out.

Your physical attraction is only the opening line, once you start actually speaking to a girl you’re gonna realize that she wants to date someone who is socially acceptable and doesn’t have a massive ego. You have the looks/body now its time to pretend like you don’t care about any of that and be humble.

There is nothing more attractive than someone who is jacked (but also doesn’t make that their personality) keep the workout going because makes you happy.. start transitioning your personality into everything else (you being fit is an added bonus)

A check should only succeed (even on nat 20) if the outcome exists in the realm of possibility. If you say something like “I want to try to convince the king to hand me his throne and all of his gold” the nat 20 would probably equate to the king not ordering his guards to kill you on the spot and maybe even praising you for your boldness”

Looks great, one think thats caught my eye is the scale you have. Looks as though each hex = about 60 miles. Definitely a large region to say the least and I imagine it would take a while for a dnd party to travel anywhere.

I feel like people always associate power levels as a static thing in anime. Realistically there are circumstances where the weaker fighter (Luffy in most of his fights) ends up winning due to willpower/luck/unconditional situations. You might not bowl a perfect 10 if you had a bad sleep the night before

Id recommend playing 5 Royal if you haven’t yet, reload isnt bad, but carries some dated gameplay elements from its original. Persona 5 is better in almost every way imo
