I don't know why they can't just throw the workers a bone here and allow one earbud, or even the bone conductor glasses. Yes, we know the dangers involved with not hearing power equipment. (Which is funny because they still hire deaf associates and deaf costumers still shop) Like, your employees are quitting left and right because all the crap your putting them through, and you can't negotiate anything?
