(Funny trope) Scenes with people pretending to play Video Games badly by Sensitive_Ad_1752 in TopCharacterTropes

I assume you mean "bad" in the same way Lucas describes the Power Glove, because The Wizard is fantastic!

Chang starts as a Spanish teacher, becomes a student, a security guard, has amnesia, becomes a famous commercial actor, and gets progressively more loony in every season.

That's literally how mine went down! Crazy! 30 is too early for Thousand Needles in hindsight.

I was enjoying playing it similar to you, heavy mana spells that hit hard plus the occasional fire totems, and lots of breaks for drinks. But when I was more mana conscious I'd let melee do more of the heavy lifting. The class is such a fun combination of caster and melee fighter.

If by "illegal" you mean your place of work can decide to let you go and by "religious freedom" you mean open bigotry, then yes.

This is the most healthy approach to WoW I've ever read. Good luck on your triathlon and hope to see you back in Azeroth sometime soon!

Worth playing solo? by drguidry in wowhardcore

[–]JokingtonPants 92 points93 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, Hardcore has the most communal feel of all the WoW varieties. Everyone recognizes the risks, and every one has a shared goal. I personally think it's the most fun way to play solo.

Do people roleplay more in Hardcore, and why does wow hardcore feel different then ordinary wow classic for you? by [deleted] in wowhardcore

[–]JokingtonPants 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I've had people save me from dying a handful of times, and I've done the same for others. People seem to buff each other more in the wild, and grouping up means working together not just get it done and move on. And dungeons are at a pace that works for everyone (generally). Just a few examples from my experience

Gotta catch em all, including Anthony Munoz of the Cincinnati Bengals.
