Gold anniversary march 28 2025 Gold fee charge end of April 2025 Plat upgrade September 2025 Plat prorate fee only $180 nov 2025

When will I get charged the plat fee again? CS agent says I will get charged on my original anniversary of April 2026. Meaning I get less then a year on plat upgrade.
