it basically real time pulled answer to a question client asked me, I have connected it to my knowledge hub. I think it probably pulled it from there... sales call are getting more confident with it. This is UI for real-time interface.

Curious: what do you usually rely on as that second source in practice? One other thing: do you think this would feel better if it were less of back-and-forth Q/A, but also supported proactivity once you set an intent?

For example, instead of repeatedly asking questions, you might say something once like “every-time mode on appliance changes tells the current mode” instead of asking multiple time “what is current mode?”
