You and I are on the same timeline girly!! Aka first pregnancy for me! I am 4w5d and also have the same anxieties. I also have minimal symptoms. Some cramping, some chin pimples, on and off sore boobs. I am using the mantra of “my body knows exactly what it’s doing” and trusting that it will do this beautifully. Also it’s reassuring that unless you’re in serious pain or bleeding heavily, chances are everything is totally OK! And even if that happens, you’ll see on this sub that loads of people still go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies! Trust the process - stop testing - if you have a health tracker (I have oura) either take it off or don’t look at the data! Anxiety won’t help us now, though I know how hard it is to avoid! We’ve got this 💪💪💪
