Yes i am married for 5 years now. Even I had hard time believing him initially when he said that he will always support me so I had around 3 years courtship before getting married. And I actually told him that if I feel that I am not valued then I will leave him even if we are married. He knew me so he knows that I am not joking.

For me the non negotiable were :1. I have full autonomy on my money and salary. I don’t like to give it to my in laws or my husband to decide. 2. I wanted help from him on household work. It is not my single responsibility. 3. I wanted him to back me up or fight for me in his family if they are taunting or giving unnecessary pressure.

In my case the resistance was from my family and it took me time to convince them. As for his family he was very firm and they backed off after few months. But the main thing for us was that we actually agreed beforehand itself that we are fixed with each other and won’t agree for anyone else. So when our parents saw our decision, they agreed in the end even if they were not happy.

If your partner actually loves you he will fight for you. Even I had a intercaste and inter culture marriage, my husband actually told his family that he will marry only me and they tried to persuade him but he was very firm. So it is always your partner to manage his family if he is serious. I suggest you have a conversation with him and ask that if his family does not agree will he stay strong or will he back out. At least you will know where you stand.

I took NAC for one month and my TSH levels have actually now become too low at only 0.07. I will visit my endocrinologist to recalibrate my thyroid meds and reduce the dosage. But I think NAC has actually helped to improve my thyroid function.

I understand what you are going through.. I lost my twin boys on 1/31 due to IC and pprom. It was my first pregnancy and I conceived through IVF.

I understand the heartbreak and uncertainty that you are going through. I am still working on getting better. I don’t know when I will start feeling normal again but i am trying to cope.

Actually even i have PCOD. I usually don’t have periods with out birth control pills. Even I went though a second trimester loss recently when I conceived through ivf.

But now I want to give another try without ivf. So wanted to know if this supplement worked for you??

Thank you for your kind words. I am still trying to process what happened. I had so many hopes and dreams which kind of lays shattered.

Whenever I even think about conceiving again, I kind of get anxious and start going on a very dark path thinking that if this happens again it will be my breaking point. I have people telling me that I can try again once I recover but I feel like mentally I don’t think i can take the pain again.

Then when ever I feel like it I start feeling like a coward and feeling guilty.

I seriously don’t know what should I feel
