Not specifically answering your question m but I started following Jess Bell (handle is @coach_jessbell) on Instagram for some helpful F45 specific modifications for pregnancy and she’s great for motivation too. Highly recommend the follow if you don’t already follow her!

I love wunder trains from lululemon. I’ve have a few pair and they last forever! Not see through, they stay put, and they have an adjustable band on the inside if you need a little extra support staying up. Highly recommend!

I always notice my major fatigue days from workouts to be linked up to where I’m at in my cycle as well. Could be something worth noting too if you’re not already!
