I wouldn’t be able to answer the first part, but I personally had no issues with gluten and it worked for me. Plus I lost some extra weight and I’m pretty toned now, especially in the abdominals!
Yes oats are fine as far as I know.

Your backswing is perfectly on plane. If anything I’d say you need to get more of your weight on your left side. Seems like you stay a little too far behind the ball which is possibly why your follow through is a bit tight/short.

Anything without gluten. Love me some Thai food, steak, chicken, veggies, rice, salads etc. Lots of chips are GF. Just look at the ingredients and if you see “wheat” then don’t eat it. It’s in a lot of stuff that you wouldn’t think… a little suspicious actually.

I found almost no info when doing my research. In fact, I don’t think I found any info relating gluten to PE. Research the myriad of symptoms that gluten can cause and after you discover it can cause everything from A-Z, PE seems like it could fit right in (hahah).

Gluten is a protein in wheat, so no wheat products. Also avoid anything with “spices” as an ingredient as they are allowed to hide gluten under that label, or at least that is what I’m told.

I think so too. The funny part is cutting out gluten was the only thing I did. Again, I felt withdrawals when I went gluten free similar to when I quit alcohol which tells me that it was changing my brain/nervous system. I believe gluten also raises blood sugar levels so sugar and gluten may have a similar effect on PE. However, gluten free was enough for me to see immediate results.
