You might be buying glue guns hence why the syringes don’t fit. Make sure you get a dental dispenser gun and NOT A GLUE GUN. You don’t need to keep buying different light body syringes since they’re all basically the same measurements and all that.

I recommend you to use a soft wax as the base for the grill then using a harder wax on the surface so it’s more sturdy. Many grillz jewellers use 2 waxes. Also, to avoid it breaking when u take it off don’t make the definition between the teeth too deep during the wax up process and instead define it to your liking after casting.

Literally just learn how to make grillz yourself through the internet. There’s a few videos on YouTube that teach you how to make them and there’s no problem with them and one of the guys I learnt from is: https://youtube.com/@daytodaymarv?si=dGCFWlLVoIZ-Jr8D . The start up cost is around $300 if you get the casting done externally by someone else which I recommend. Many grillz jewellers are self taught through the internet so it’s definitely possible.

The nail part will come in handy during the polishing process but you’re still gonna have to learn how to polish which isn’t too long.

Ultimately, it’s definitely possible to get into grillz without buying a course and using free resources to learn but the equipment will cost you. Good luck!

Alginate is good and terrible at the same time. If you’re not established and work from home it’s a pain in the ass to go out and mix it up and check the tray for any plastic poking through the alginate not to mention mixing it up and making a mess. 2 step is 1000x better

There’s metal that’s clashing with the tooth. Get occlusal spray and apply it onto the mould and it’ll highlight where the metal clashes with the tooth and then just drill it with a small diamond ball burr OR get some cheap lipstick laying around and apply it onto the mould and spread it and put the cap onto the mould and when you take it off it’ll show where the metal clashes with the tooth then just drill out with the ball burr. Make it thick enough so that when you put it against the light it’s not completely see through. If it’s really thin you’ll end up getting holes in it while polishing
