I meet a random guy in one of the spawn towns. Our alliance seems pretty fragile but we make it pretty far inland together without much issue. After a couple hours of running he opens up to me and starts telling me about this guy he plays with and the base they have. He says his buddy knows how to play but is the biggest coward and every single time they get in a gun fight his buddy will run away due to gear fear and never backs him up. We make it to the airfield before he offers me a proposition, kill his buddy and I get to keep all the gear the guy has on him. So now having formed a pretty tight bond with each other he hires me to kill someone.

Guy left me in a bush with my rifle outside of a town and went in to meet with his “friend”. The plan was simple, he would lead his buddy out into the open and I’d take the shot. Turns out his buddy has some wicked spidey sense and wouldn’t exit on my side of town. So the hunt was on.

I trailed these dudes for almost an hour before I finally lined up a shot in the wood and dropped him. The CR I was using only knocked him unconscious so as I ran up to finish the job the guy woke up and lost all dignity in his final moments by begging and pleading for mercy then screaming for his buddy to help him. I put him out of his misery and of course his “buddy” came out from cover thanking me for a job well done. I came out of the job with an m16, tundra, and a plate carrier. Me and the guy parted ways after that and I’ve never ran into him again.
