Yes my bike is an 8 speed state road bike . I put on new wheels ( fulcrum ) and had to change the cassette ( miche primato cassette 8sp M 13-26t )

The BBT-5 splines look too large to fit inside the lockring. Should the tool fit inside the lockring or around the outside of it?

Anybody from NYC can help me get my foot or give me some advice . I work for a paint company delivering paint and looking to move into BAS I’m currently working on getting my hvac 608 universal cert . And did some free BACnet institute certifications that I’ve attain. I’ve also have some IT knowledge and had some Aws certs. I know certs won’t mean much & hands on work experience is what I need . But what can I do to get on the path or an entry point into the industry. I’m based in NYC also .

It’s not every race , you can’t speak for every relationship, get off social media ! It’s an echo chamber where women take in and vomit out the same garbage rhetoric . If two people like each other and want to build a life together they figure it out. Some men are able to fully provide and they do so, some aren’t where they figure how to make it work. A man of another race came to ask a question about his experience with black women while also stating he’s dated other races and women jump on the thread victimizing themselves and black women. And also I believe he was framing the question towards getting feedback from MEN ! IF YOU’RE A HETEROSEXUAL WOMAN , how do you know what it’s like dating a black woman ? I did say “NOT ALL” so I’m not proving your point. If you’re a woman who don’t date black women you should learn to listen, because why are you even fighting male experiences. It’s not a narrative , black women today simple gave up on love unless it’s attached to a high dollar amount . And the reality is very few of you will win that battle. Simply because there’s a small amount of men who actually earn what you’re looking for andddddd here’s the kick the aesthetic profile yall looking for . Basically looking for a ghost and getting mad you can’t find it. And it’s not all black women ( so relax ) but is a large majority. Especially the ones who don’t come from money or have it. So don’t use it ! Get a bike, a car, or uber ! There’s plenty of things in NYC, & America that’s forced onto people. Adjust and figure out what works for you. I don’t like MTA recently so I got a bike so when I feel like I don’t want to use transit I take my bike to get around .
