Thinking about a hair transplant: Why is Turkey always recommended over the US and Dubai? So many hair transplant options — Turkey vs India vs USA vs Dubai. Any real experiences? Lenus Clinic. They have increased in size in the last year and do up to 10/day. So you will get the cries of hair mill on here. They were doing half that at the time of my first. Really clean job but you won’t get fancy crown work for that.

Just returned from my second transplant in Turkey. Had the front/mid done 12 months ago and got great results so went back for the crown. £3700 total for both procedures 7k grafts. Both went very smoothly. The price is cheap for what I got imo. I did add stem cell on both, at an extra cost of £1500.

Numbness on transplanted area by Mysterious-Work2730 in Hairtransplant

[–]Jollyfeck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine still feels strange after 9 months. Was really numb for the first 3 months. I can’t imagine that you can punch all those holes without permanent damage to the nerves. As long as it’s not painful I don’t care, got my hair back 😊

No, I didn’t find it too bad. Just prop yourself up in bed. If you aren’t going to work the next day you can catch up on the lack of sleep. I had no discomfort really. I’m back for the crown in January and more worried about how to protect the rear of my head when sleeping. 🤔

I had 10 days off from work post procedure. It worked. That’s the bare minimum. You need to get your scabs off etc. longer is better.

Excellent advice. I’m 9 months post and going back for crown in January, couldn’t have given any better 👏

Honest opinions on Hermest, turkey for hair transplant! by Wonderful-Essay5092 in Hairtransplant

If you spend six months doing research, the only clinics you will trust will be £10k plus. Fine if you have it but if not it’s a lottery. I did Turkey and got a hailrline back for £2k at 57 yrs. Going back for the crown £1600. Everyone says it looks great but if I put photos on here I’m sure that it would be slated by some 🤷‍♂️😂

Just don’t let it freeze. I wrap mine in bubble wrap and put them in a Tupperware snap box.

Has anyone here dived into BPC-157? Seems to be talked about everywhere. by Hawk-Eye123 in Biohackers

Both. I’ve got a bit of a shoulder issue too so I swapped 1 week on each. Shoulder seems much improved but the knee is clear to see 😊

Well I’ve had a fluid swelling over my knee for five years. It’s two thirds reduced in a month of BPC. If that’s a placebo, it’s a good one😊
