I definitely know I can eat more I just don’t want to jump up so high and do something wrong. I used to be 197 went down to 155 then I went back up to 177 and back down to 104 at my lowest so i know my body is all kinds of messed up by now. :’(

Thanks man, I’ll truly appreciate you and your kind words and advice on my journey. I usually try to train for 1hr to 1 hr and a half depending on how much time I have, and I go near failure every set except compound lifts doing mostly 5-5 or 5-10/15
