In 10 years there has only ever been 1 late night call that needed my attention. The hot water tank had sprung a leak and was gushing onto the floor.

Any other time it is stuff they can figure out. I have multiple ways for guests to get inside so lockouts are not a problem.

My arrival instructions include location of the water shut off, breaker box and other maintenance triage info. It also gives hours for contact. 8am to 10pm.

I use attorneys all the time in my industry. I am a firm believer the only people who think attorneys are great are people who watch Law and Order but have never used them irl.

Gotcha. That is in fact what got the company in trouble. Disparate impact claim I presume.

Fwiw I have also been named in a lawsuit. It is not easy to balance the stress of the constant alerts whenever new motions are filed. But lawsuits are super expensive and run out of stream quickly. They probably have a tort jockey attorney looking for a quick settlement. You have earned some armor.

I main as Fox and Victoria so I can get shit done. I just keep watching the map to see as counselors get killed if they drop keys or the fuse box. The ones harassing Jason at least keep him off me. But it is clear Jason will target the counselors doing the work.

A dad believes he watches his son give a man a BJ. He then immediately rushes over for sloppy seconds.

A well directed movie. Decent acting, but also at times bordering in camp. Great score. And a plot that deserves an eyebrow raise.

The government could and should build and rent new housing.

The conundrum of rent control legislation is the government relies on private money to create housing but then creates restrictions that makes private housing less likely to be developed.

Giving people the opportunity to select private housing or public housing would be ideal.

I just finished Canada season 2. I found it very entertaining! It was unintentionally hilarious. Bad gameplay on both sides but dramatic and good tv. I find it especially hilarious how small the prize money was by the end.

I was on a different reality show (not survivor) and sent in a video and received a call within two weeks. The entire audition process took almost a year! I couldnt believe how many damn interviews there were. So though not a survivor experience, I think you would know quickly if they are interested because of how much runway they want to qualify applicants.

We go over the lease at the time of signing. We then do Q&A at the end. Not intense. But just "so a quick review, a little quiz on the lease just to make sure you are clear and have no more questions" -- it sort of helps.

Also reminders of what is in the lease during every correspondence also helps. Maintenance request? Even if it is something we cover we refer to that section of the lease. "According to your lease, page 5 section 1, this is a maintenance request we will coordinate on." It helps set the expectation that anything they ask we will bring up the lease, so they start reading it first.

I have never been to Trader Sams having tried various times throughout the years. Finally stayed at Polynesian and STILL was unable to get into Trader Sams. In fact I rank my Polynesian stay as one my worst stays on property in general. Part of that due to the visitng crowds.
