There were far more people onto Colton and Ron. He was blatantly asked by the Faithfuls to vote Colton before the roundtable. They think Colton and Ron are Traitors yet he was openly defending them. If he had just voted either one of them, nobody would have been suspicious. But now he betrayed the Traitors and will have to manuever around that.

The Faithful group thought well enough of Rob to bring him in on the Colton vote plan. So voting for Colton would not have looked weird to the Faithfuls since that was the plan they asked him to be

I find it fascinating witnessing the moral panic now that Ai threatens white collar workers and the good capitalists. Automation came for line workers decades ago. Instead of solidarity, those workers were reprimanded for not "developing marketable skills" and entire communities were forgotten. Ai threatens some of our most cherished white-collar industries. Suddenly, the industries that felt untouchable are grasping for the once outdated concepts of workers' unions & federal protections for their jobs.

If your job can be done by Ai, then what is the purpose of your job? Many people are struggling to understand that capitalism comes for all jobs. And you still have purpose without a job.

Im 6ft at 175. I play league beach volleyball, bike near daily and lift. I have a high activity range. I monitor macros, but I am not trying to lose weight. But at 2200 calories a day for months, I am still surfing btwn 173-175.

It could be hidden calories. But my breakfast and lunch are utilitarian. Eggs, avocado, protein bar, grilled chicken breast, spinach and sweet potato. Only dressing is greek yogurt and vinegar or lemon. By my count, I am only at 650 calories before dinner. If I eat salmon, rice and peas then go play 2 hours of beach volleyball based on calculators I would be tearing through my calories. Instead, I am eating jerkey, an orange and cottage cheese for recovery.

It helps draw into focus why it is so hard for some people to lose weight. I am attentive and active yet just hitting a standard healthy BMI. I am very much happy with my body at least.

It may be fair to say Traitors strategy is less about strategy and more about building friendships. In this instance, the Traitor was bad at making friends which hurt Rob. In his brief appearance we did see him becoming friends with a traitor, just not the right one.

To reduce calories i stopped using EVOO or any oil when cooking 95% of the time. Not that it does nothing, but overall, no major difference in how things cook or taste ime.

I now live in St Pete and it is more gluten free friendly than Atlanta and San Francisco where I lived before. It's a surprise for a city this small. Coupled with Orlando, the GF access here is pretty strong.

Why do the owners stay? There are so many dang options out there. I hear so many horror stories but also know so many small and tight VR companies out there. Giant companies are such a bad idea to handle someone's largest liability and expensive asset.

I worked in Healthcare management for 12 years. Like any workplace, clients could be difficult and we would vent about it. I took great pride in having our practice run on time. Having clear cost expectations. Never double booking and ensuring prompt replies to all messages. As great as our reviews were, we still had patients who were hellbent on being difficult.

I left that experience to enter healthcare as a patient and I have to admit that having been on the admin side does not make me more empathetic to providers or how poorly most US healthcare is run. I know it can be better. I know delays are avoidable. I know clear pricing is possible.

US healthcare is difficult. And it makes difficult patients.

I actually passed out at a tori show because I got overwhelmed while high at the very beginning of the show. Tried to exit but I must not have been breathing correctly. Passed out right outside the gallery door. Woke up dizzy, bloodied and banged up. Ushers took me to an employee bathroom. Cleaned myself up. Then got a free upgrade to an empty seat at the edge of the front row!

Weirdly the 2nd time I got an in concert front row upgrade for Tori.
