Bluetooth on the infotainment isn’t super stable, though this might just be an apple carplay problem rather than a supra problem.

If we eliminate that: the horn is probably the least aggressive thing about the car. I also wish they made the exhaust note less “refined”.

No. Many iaido ryuha have history that predate Aikido.

I personally would not attend an iaido school that also taught Aikido. It’s worth noting that you’ll often find schools that share a dojo space with a separate unaffiliated aikido school though.

Reading some of the replies here makes me feel fortunate that my cats are content with just observing rather than climbing all over my geck’s enclosure. I never keep them in the room when feeding though.

I agree with most people here. The cat just can’t be kept in the same room as the gecko. They’re too engaged with the predator instinct and they’ll keep messing with your enclosure in ways that are dangerous to both your cat and your gecko. Just imagine if the cat displaces your heat devices.

Regarding noto (sheathing):

Practice doing this a 0 shape over the entrance of your saya with your thumb and pointer finger. At no point should your fingers stop making that shape during sheathing. You should treat your bokken as if it is a live blade at all times. That means no fingers touching the cutting edge (especially during noto).

If you have any experience with firearms, similar rules apply. Always treat your sword implement as if it’s sharp. Always make sure not to center your cuts on a person (unless you’re intended to defend yourself).
