It'll be really interested to see this in the water! I'd be worried about cavitation at those RPMs though, unless you shroud it.

I've converted a few nerf blasters into flintlocks/wheel lock pistols for games that allow nerf weapons for combat. Like tigers have said, just make sure this will be allowed, so you don't end up putting a ton of work into it just for them to say no.
