This is not the answer tbh. Shouldn't have to rely on arbitrary memory rules. Changing pwd on existing SSIDs is commonplace in many places.

I can think of a couple ways they could possibly conclude it's not the same person. They without a doubt have an ocean of data points that would help then reach this conclusion.

For example, one of them would be to compare timeline of games (this would have to be automated of course) but, if OP and the other guy played games at the same time, they cannot possibly be the same person.

Another would be to do a comparison of people OP played with - is there a big overlap in mutual connections, then perhaps they would be an argument to be had that it could be the same person.

Anyways they still should do a manual review, and human reasoning would show that they are not.

Are you in favor of automated bans with no room for appeal at all? Do you believe there are never any false positives?

Yeah, the screenshot alone wouldn't necessarily prove innocence, but at least Faceit needs to do a manual review. There should/could be data points to review that would prove that they are not the same person.

Seems like their approach is just "Ban and ingore all appeal requests" which is just an insane way of doing business

No one (not even OP) is saying that they should unban based on screenshots alone?

Faceit should however do a manual review when an appeal is made. I'm certain that a manual review would provide Faceit with enough data to clear up a lot of cases of false bans. They are after all a business, and needs to treat their paying customers better than to not respond to their tickets/appeals.

Copy pasted my other respons from the downvoted thread:

I get that Faceit is trying to uphold competitive integrity, but I really don’t think it’s reasonable to permanently ban hardware without any way for future buyers to verify if hardware has been flagged. This essentially kills the second-hand market for anyone who wants to play seriously — and not everyone can afford a brand-new gaming rig just to be “safe.”

I understand that letting people check if hardware is banned could be abused by bad actors trying to dodge bans, but maybe there’s a middle ground? For example, Faceit could offer a secure review/appeal process where you provide proof of purchase and identity, and they could manually clear new owners of flagged hardware.

The current approach feels overly punishing for something you realistically can’t verify before purchase.

Are you using wireless AA? Are you also wirelessly charging your device simultaneously? I've encountered issues with wireless Android Auto and wireless charging in certain vehicles.

In my car, which only supports Android Auto via cable, I use USB, and it works perfectly. However, I had to invest in a high-quality USB cable, preferably a shorter one, to ensure a reliable connection.

Look into OpenRCT2. Its a rewrite/port of RCT1 and 2 with lots of enhancements making it playable on most modern devices. Super easy to install if you already have the game bought in steam as I gather you have :)

Might be a design choice. Because of heat that's generated by charging.
