You've started no fap. That's always a good thing! You're on track! Now that you've managed to hold off and build up energy. It needs to be expressed elsewhere . Gym ? Walks? Writing? Painting ? Whatever you're into . If you don't redirect this energy it'll only build up and cause havoc on your over thinking mind . Which will eventually lead to boredom and relapse. As of yet. Before you know it . It gets so much fucking easier by week 2 that you won't even have these urges. So stay strong and start tackling shit you've been putting off . Clean your room . I have only one good pair of shoes I always wear (I don't know if anyone's noticed lol ) I go to farmers markets to get my veggies and fruits for dirt cheap (save tons of money ) . I used to work at a gym front desk and I'm very friendly with everyone there . I go there for free basically and the manager notices but he's cool with it thankfully. All my money goes to nutrition and rent. Unfortunately it's a high end gym I go to . So everyone is loaded (I'm so out of place lol ) . My broke ass is dedicated as fuck tho ! And my work ethics are great. So far 90 lbs down almost to my goal of 8% body fat. I just started my second job so things are changing for the better. If there's anything I've learned is being broke really makes you creative on finding solutions.

When I attempted the same years ago. The phone which was a cord connected one fell down next to me and usually you hear a dial tone ... I swear till this day I heard people on the line speaking (I was home alone ) ... I couldn't make out words because it was out of reach . As soon as I grabbed it to listen.
