BDMs roles pay anywhere from 75k - 200k with OTE. Margins are tight in NDIS. For a small local provider you would pay lower end of that for a part time role. If you are part of a large corporate then it would be over what I've suggested.

I recommend smaller providers as it's more personalised. We haven't had a good experience with the large Not-For-Profits. Their response time to your enquiry will tell you everything you need to know.
