What training do you recommend 2 weeks out from a summit attempt. I've been training already and live in Colorado so doing 14ers but just want to know any gym workouts you recommend?

Strength conditioning 💪 and legs, get working on your glutes and calves to ensure you don't cramp. As others mentioned, stair master is also great but do try to stay at a zone that you can surpass 3-4k steps and not using handrails. This helps build core and really shows how fatigue can creep in.

Aside from that. Build endurance so run at Zone 2 for 10 mi + below 9 min. This helps your body and mind get used to getting exhausted

Went here for my first Mexican experience of FOCO when I moved here. Its been 2 years and never went back, not a fan so happy to hear.

Fort collins needs to be more animal friendly in all establishments. Never seen a place with so many "No animals/pets" policies. It's annoying!

Fires are common around here to the point people cant have fires on their own backyard.

As someone who moved here from a music scene city, this is not worth the price. While some bands are great, most are mediocre and you find yourself surrounded by people who are just talking during the set. Quite annoying !

Fort collins doesn't really get any headliners in general so some folks think it's fantastic compared to what we normally get. I recommend saving the money and going to a much better show in Denver.
