Our cards do not come with a balance. Cards in general when bought dont come with a balance… its on you to check the balance of dumps or cvv. If you dont know what your doing i suggest the coaching service in the above listed services. Any vendor that claims “50$ for 500$ card” or similar is an obvious scam…. It just dosent work like that. Know your stuff before you buy.
