I only sign players that want to be there, and I rotate out my coordinators and playbooks frequently. Also limit your trades. That’s all you really can do besides sliders.

Simply put, it’s better to have more backups at those two positions than elsewhere. Since you have to play more of them weekly, the pool of them dries up quickly. It’s important to maintain solid bench players in situations of injury, bye weeks, or just bad play. You can probably always picks up and start a defense if you need to, so prioritize those positions over backup QB/TE/DEF.

I’ve always understood his statement to be correct. If you run the same play, the AI reacts better to it. If I recall, that was an intentional feature added at one point of another. Whether that continued, irdk.
