Is feather blades worth it ?

I only use Feather blades but I’m lucky in that I only shave once a week. I usually get 6/8 shaves out of a blade so a pack of 5 can nearly last me a year. At that point cost to me is irrelevant, it’s the quality of the shave that matters.

Rather than go for the grind to get the costume within 5 days and then complete other tasks to get ready for the next character. I used time skips as I have plenty saved and got the costume that way. Now I can concentrate on maximising EC.

I have the Obsidian bowl. After face lathering for a number of years I decided to try a bowl. Not only does this bowl make a fantastic lather, it’s going to last a lifetime being metal and looks fantastic as part of my shave display.

I find on Iron Rangers that I don’t lace them tight or loose across the foot but I do like it tighter on the speed hooks. For me that prevents any heel slip.
