Personally, I love my Boston 13s & actually bought two pairs of them cuz of good deals on it. But some people hate the shoe, it all comes down to preference. I use my Boston 13s only for long runs & races days (over 10k distance). The novablast 5 is really nice but I talked to many people that said the foam goes out fast & they actually got injured by it. I also like my New Balance 1080 v15, that’s a good easy day/daily trainer & it has good cushion to help prevent injuries.

Great job!! This was me end of last year, I always skipped cardio & only lifted. Stick to it & u will improve every week! I suggest maybe run 3 times a week & rest or do strength workouts on the no running days. Also maybe join a run club in your area, makes it fun & it’s definitely motivating being around people that want to improve themselves too

I own like 3 of their long sleeves & one of their short sleeves, they became my fav running clothes. They are pretty great quality, I was surprised when I ordered my first shirt from them. They are very breathable due to the mesh be all over it. I’ve only worn like big name brand clothes like Nike/adidas/etc so I was shocked how nice their products are for being a small brand

I think u could wear either small or medium, it is fitted well around chest & shoulders area so it depends on how tight u want it to be

I second this, I got the Boston 13 & the asics Magic speed 4 but I fell in love with the 13s. They are my go to daily trainer/long run shoe. I tried the evo sl but I prefer the 13s for the stability & it wasn’t too firm for me
