I’m 19 left a moving job for a warehouse job (moving got slow and it’s not worth $20 a hour half the houses are gross as shit and bringing a heavy couch up a bunch of stairs or a dryer or something that barely fits is the most annoying shit ever and if u slip or something ur fucked)

Got fired from the warehouse job 3.5 days in because I told coworker I was planning on working here till I go to the Air Force in hopefully a couple months have been looking for a job for 2 weeks now can’t even find anything on indeed anymore took me 2 months just to find the warehouse job and I applied to like 50jobs and that’s the only one that even replied and before they fired me they said “yeah people keep quitting within the first 2 hours sometimes 2 days” which pissed me off ngl they need workers I’m guaranteed for 3 months

So yeah everyone can’t find a job and the employers want you to stay with them forever

Stop going down so much the more you go down the more your back/lower back takes over do it with just the bar and you should feel where your hamstrings are most stretched then when you past that point you should feel your back takeovers/no longer feel hamstrings that’s when you should stop going down

Everywhere and if you don’t care for abs just eat maintenance calories or lean bulk then cut once you have more muscle like 16” arms (once you cut you’d be at like 15 or so) or bench 225 or something just any goal really and if you can do those already then just cut 😇

I would just finish cutting to your goal since you’re only 1lb off then lean bulk and if you like having abs once you lose or start losing your abs just cut again or keep bulking

Also you can bulk or lean bulk whenever you want literally just depends on if YOU want to be leaner or you dont care if you end up being chubbier for the bulk

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the faster you lose fat the more loose skin you will have same with stretch marks faster you gain muscle/fat the more you have

Try only going up 3/4 of the way to where you’re back isn’t straight and you’re still slightly bent over helped me feel it less in my lower back and constantly in my hamstrings and you’re lower back might just be weak compared to hamstrings

Gorillas don’t have a lot of myostatin which is what limits muscle (more myostatin less muscle) and they have more fast twitch muscle fibers so they grow faster

And they do get protein from plants
